Dupa ce stingem focul, deschidem usa cuptorului si lasam tarta sa se raceasca lent.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingrediente pentru lemon curd:</span><br />
<br />
150 g zahar<br />
100 g unt<br />
zeama de la 2 lamai<br />
2 oua<br />
<br />
Se aduce la fierbere sucul de lamaie amestecat cu zahar.<br />
<br />
Ouale se bat usor, apoi se toarna incet peste ele sucul fierbinte, amestecand. Se pune pe foc mic si se amesteca usor pana la fierbere.<br />
<br />
Se fierbe 5 minute (amestecand mereu), pana se ingroasa, se da vasul deoparte, se adauga untul si se omogenizeaza. Se muta intr-un vas curat, se acopera cu o folie si se lasa pana la racirea completa.<br />
<br />
Dupa ce prajitura s-a racit se acopera cu lemon curd-ul si se da la rece pentru cateva ore.</span><br />

<br />
Albusurile se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare. Se adauga zaharul si se mixeaza pana se obtine o spuma lucioasa ca la bezea.<br />
Galbenusurile se amesteca impreuna cu uleiul si esenta de vanilie, ca la maioneza, apoi se toarna peste bezea. Se omogenizeaza dupa care se adauga faina amestecata cu praful de copt, amestecand usor.<br />
Aluatul obtinut se toarna intr-o tava cu inel detasabil tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumeneste. Se face proba cu scobitoarea.<br />

Gelatina se pune la inmuiat in 200 ml apa rece.<br />
Galbenusurile se freaca cu zaharul pana devin ca o crema. Se adauga laptele cate putin, se omogenizeaza si se pune la foc mic, sa fiarba pana incepe sa se ingroase, ca o smantana mai subtire, amestecand continuu. <br />
Lasam sa se racoreasca putin, apoi adaugam gelatina hidratata si omogenizam. Se lasa la racit complet si cand incepe sa se ingroase, se adauga frisca batuta facuta din smantana si 3 linguri de zahar, ananasul taiat cubulete si banana. Portocalele le'am folosit la decor dar pot face si ele parte din fructele care formeaza compozitia.<br />
Blatul copt si racit il taiem in 2.<br />
Punem primul blat in tava cu inel detasabil, insiropam cu zeama de la un compot de ananas, dupa care punem 1 strat de crema. Acoperim cu biscuitii insiropati in compot de anans, nivelam si acoperim cu un alt strat de crema, nivelam si acoperim cel de-al doilea blat, insiropat cu restul de compot.<br />
Dam la frigider pentru cateva ore, pana se intareste crema.<br />

<br />
Toate ingredientele pentru aluat se amesteca si se formeaza un aluat care se lasa jumatate de ora la crescut. (Daca se opteaza pentru drojdia la cubulet atunci aceasta se amesteca cu apa, uleiul, zaharul, sarea, se lasa asa cateva minute apoi se toarna faina si se formeaza aluatul).<br />
Rezulta un aluat foarte pufos care se poate intinde cu usurinta cu mana in tava pentru pizza.<br />
